Need a fun, safe place to take your family tonight? The Provo Rec Center is having a Halloween Carnival with character meet and greets, crafts and games, magician and animal show, trick or treating, laser tag, food eating contest and more! $5 for adults and $4 for kids-FREE if you are a Rec Center member!
